Swamp People’s Cast Member Mitchell Guist Dies
A sheriff from Louisiana says the cast member Mitchel Guist, of the reality TV show “Swamp People” has died Monday.
Assumption Parish Sheriff Mike Waguespack says Guist was pronounced dead at a hospital today. He had fallen, near Pierre Part, while on his boat on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Waguespack said the initial reports from deputies in neighboring St. Martin Parish are that Guist was traveling on the waterway around 9 a.m. when he fell. The boat returned to a nearby landing in St. Martin and Guist was taken to a hospital. The cause of his fall is uncertain, and there is no word yet on the official cause of death.
“Swamp People,” on the History cable television channel, features residents of Louisiana’s Atchafalaya swamp country during alligator hunting season.
Former NFL linebacker Junior Seau Reportedly Found Dead
Junior Seau, former USC and NFL star from the San Diego Chargers was found dead on Wednesday of an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He was at his home in Oceanside, Calif.
According to law enforcement sources his girlfriend found him dead in his bed.
Oceanside police don’t have anything to comment about what was actually happening in Seau’s home but they are expected to provide details soon.
The television footage shows police all around the home. The coroner’s office in San Diego couldn’t confirm any information at this time.
Junior Seau was involved in an accident in 2010 in which his sport-utility vehicle went off a beachside cliff. The accident occurred after he was arrested in Oceanside on suspicion of domestic violence.
Seau also played for NFL teams: New England Patriots and the Miami Dolphins.

Tupac Shakur Performs at Coachella 2012
If you haven’t heard of the Coachella Music Festival you probably will see it posted in headlines everywhere across the web. The latest big buzz around the internet is the Tupac Shakur performance.
Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre brought out Tupca for the finale to Coachella on Sunday night. Tupac was displayed as a hologram on stage that looked very realistic. He performed his hit “California Love” and sang with Snoop with the song “Ain’t Nothin’ Like A Gangsta Party” after his solo rendition of “Hail Mary” from beyond the grave.
Some other celebrities that chimed in were Katy Perry and Rihanna. Perry tweeted, “I think I might have cried when I saw Tupac,”. Rihanna tweeted: “TupacBACK unbelievable IWASTHERE STORY4myGrandKidz (sic).”
